Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

As we are a small business, we endeavour to provide a high-quality product and will happily accept returns/exchanges if there is a problem with your order.

Returns

You must make contact within 7 days of receiving your order. As soon as Two Brown Bears receive the faulty item/s, we will dispatch the new item/s. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs but will be refunded once goods are received. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@twobrownbears.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your item is faulty, we will need photos of the fault emailed to us. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
