Two Brown Bears use Australia Post to ship all of our items.
Shipping rates are (delivery only within Australia)
- $8.95 flat rate for standard tracked parcel post
- $12.00 flat rate Express Postal shipping
- Free shipping for all orders over $150
- Free local pick up – Ballarat 3350
Once your item is posted you will receive an email with your tracking details.
As our products are completely handmade, processing time can take up to 2 weeks and shipped thereafter.
Shipping times are estimated between:
- Standard Delivery is 2-5 business days, depending on where you live within Australia.
- Express Post is between 1-2 business days, depending on where you live within Australia.
Two Brown Bears takes no responsibility for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package.
